GENERAL OFFICE AREA AND CONFERENCE ROOMS:
•All waste receptacles will be emptied and trash will be removed to a designated area.
•All uncluttered office furniture and bookshelves will be dusted using treated cloths. (papers and desks will not be disturbed).
•All exposed horizontal surfaces within reach will be dusted including picture frames, file cabinets, window sills and desks.
•All surfaces within reach will be spot cleaned for fingerprints and spills.
•All traffic carpeted areas will be vacuumed clean daily. Complete vacuuming one time per week of all carpeted areas.
•All interior glass doors and glass partitions will be spot cleaned.
•All entrance areas will be given special attention. All entrance door glass will be washed clean inside and outside.
•All tile flooring will be cleaned and spot wet mopped.
•All water fountains will be wiped clean with a germicidal solution and polished.
• Collecting rubbish, boxes will not be collected from the office area.
•Window cleaning service (both external and internal every two weeks)
KITCHEN AREA:
• Washing and drying all dishes including empting the dishwasher machine.
• Tables, chairs, countertops, sinks, appliances, and floors will be cleaned and disinfected.
• Wiping kitchen appliances (including the fridge, hob and microwave etc).
-externally, internally
• Wiping cupboards:
-externally, internally
• Emptying and relining waste bins.
• Collecting rubbish (including boxes).
• Wiping down all water machines.
TOILETS AREA:
• Cleaning and disinfecting toilets and washbasins
• Cleaning and polishing mirrors, removing finger marks on door and handles
• Cleaning all fittings and walls giving a gleaming finish
• Removing lime scale from taps and toilets
• Sweeping before mopping the floor
• Checking air freshener and refilling hand sanitizer
• Emptying waste bins feminine sanitary – every two weeks
Standard office cleaning tasks every four and six months
Every 4 months: Deep cleaning, high dust all ledges, scrubbing and polishing the floors, washing walls, sanitizing toilets facilities.
Every six months: Carpet cleaning service, otherwise it depends on the circumstances.
Payment in addition to the monthly costs:
Any hire of specialized machinery or materials/products that have to be purchased with regards to either the deep cleaning or the customers’ request for deep cleaning outside the state list of cleaning tasks. Feminine sanitary bins will be normally done every two weeks. These costs will be shown on the monthly invoice.
Cancellation:
Three month termination will be given by both parties.
If no termination by either party is made the contact will automatically roll over to the following year.
Confidentiality and security:
JP Services shall both during and after termination of this agreement keep confidential all information relating to the customer and will not disclose to any person or authority without the prior consent of the customer.
